Man shoots at deputies in highway chase; 4 area (Greenville south carolina) schools lock down
ANDERSON, S.C. A suspected robber driving a vehicle stolen in Georgia shot at sheriff's deputies during a highway chase today, prompting the lockdown of four schools while authorities launched a manhunt.
Noble Corporation says that Thomas L. Mitchell, 46, has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Controller of Noble Corporation, effective November 6, 2006. Mitchell fills a position previously held by Mark A. Jackson prior to his being named as Noble's President and Chief Operating Officer and added to the Company's Board of Directors.
